<p>Someone rear-ended me yesterday at such a force that i now have quite a bad neckache.

o.O

ok…well….you report it to the other person’s insurance company.

provided they have insurance.

provided YOU have insurance – you report it to YOUR insurance company.

it’s really not all that hard……

regardless of whether or not you makes a claim – make sure to take care of yourself!

goodluck.

you wont get much for a bad neck ache, you will know if you have whiplash

You have to go see a doctor first and prove you’re injured. Be careful cos its nowhere near as easy to win as people make out, you have to have bank statements checked and go through so many hoops (and pay money out) that its just not worth it.

I was in a major accident once which was totally not my fault with severe damage to my car, it was almost written off, and i was told i’d get nothing so i doubt a simple rear end shunt will get anything.

The more people claim for tiny accidents the more every ones insurance is. We all pay in the end. Sorry but just believe a neck ache is not enough to claim compensation.

Yes everyone who has had a bump these days claims whiplash which rather discredits those who have a genuine problem. ( my daughter still has not fully recovered after 18 months although she took only a day off work at the time ) You make a claim against the other driver. you may be able to do this via your insurance company if you have legal protection if not get one of those no win no fee lawyers. If you are genuine good luck if not I hope you lose and have to pay costs
