yes, this is actually a serious question for once!
There are many good natural remedies for pain. Boswellia is a nice natural pain killer. Plant enzymes and fish oils will reduce the inflammation. I would seek an evaluation by a natural spinal specialist to find out what is causing the pain first, rather that cover up your bodies warning signs. It is giving you pain for a reason, try to find out why. “
It’s my back. I want to steer clear of medicinal pain pills. I also can’t take Glucosamine, as it is contraindicated for another health concern of mine.
Thanx.
Take a good muti enzyme complex with bromalain, papain, etc. on an empty stomach. This works just as well as the NSAIDS but with no side effects. EPA/DHA fish oil will also take down the inflammation. A good nutritionist can also put you on a anti-inflammatory diet.”
I have been dealing with back pain/issues since 2003 I don’t want to have anymore surgery done. I have an inversion table and a spinal cord stimulator implant that helps with the pain (or should I say has in the past helped.) I’m not doing so well right now. The oxycodone my doctor prescribed to me isn’t agreeing with my body. I don’t like taking it. Any herbal/natural suggestions??
It depends on what type of surgery you have had. I would first start by doing a liver cleanse for three weeks. Then a good nutrional program focused on an anti-inflammatory lifestyle. Also, work with your MD to get you off the meds. Other conservative approaches such as acupuncture, massage and Chiropractic may be beneficial. We use the Class IV laser on these types of cases with great success.
