don’t do Pilate’s, that will hurt your back even more.
I’d try yoga specifically for lower back. I’ve seen dvds
on that at like target and stuff, pretty cheap too.
sorry though I don’t know of any sites:(
I hope you feel better though:)

I have read alot of people go on about college is this the same as our uni. Our unis offer master degrees post grad degrees and batchlor degrees or are they the same as out tafes which offor diplomas?… Im currently at uni in Australia studying Chiropractic master of health science (complimentary medicine) is this a uni course in America?
Way different. For instance I am studying a medical degree, which is not recognised or taught in America or American UNI’s. Our systems are completely different, were more towards the british system. I think its best off you like me finish the rest of your education in Australia.

Chiropractic Approach vs. Conventional Medicine
Whats the difference between chiropractic and conventional medicine? How does conventional medicine treat disease and wellness as opposed to more holistic approaches such as functional medicine?

I have severe back pain daily. Sometimes it gets so bad it is hard to do anyhthing. Just wondering if others have a good exercise routine that helps their back pain…
by not doing anything you make it worse. I’ve dealt with back pain for 10 years.
Before you do any exercising, warm up slowly by walking quickly for 5 minutes.
STRETCH STRETCH STRETCH your back.
exercise your core muscles, legs and upper back regularly.
Include some form of cardio. At first it may only be 20 minutes of walking. But that will help.
I also used accupuncture and was amazed at how much it helped.
