This is an excellent video. Most people don’t realize the extent of the damage that can happen when involved in an auto accident.”-Dr. Gendron

I sit at an office desk for eight hours a day, sometimes more.

Try this…laying on your back on the floor with legs bent at the knee, feet flat on the floor, lift your butt off the floor, and hold up so that you are in a triangle shape, so to speak, hold for a slow count of 4 and work up to a ten count. Do THIS SLOWLY, don’t strain, start slowly with 5 or ten lifts, taking a break of a few breaths in between each lift. This will strengthen your lower back muscles, add to this a simple stretch with both hands on the back of your head, palms forward, push your head back against the palms of your hands, forcing your elbows out to the sides, while pushing on your head, hold for a count of ten, and repeat, this strengthens your upper back and improves your posture, ease’s stress in the neck and shoulders, this should make a big improvement in how you feel.

Some dude rolled through a stop sign and i t-boned him and now my head hurts(6 hours later). Is that whiplash and is there anyway i get money for it, or how much? And he got cited to so the crash was his fault.

Sorry, but you didn’t just win the lottery. Insurance is there to "make you whole again" or help get you back to where you were before the accident. It’s common to have pain and tightness after an accident. Go to the doctor a get it checked out. The other driver’s insurance should compensate you for your medical bills and anytime off work. If the injury is permanent, you could be entitled to more money.

Would my back pain be a result of growing, because its already lasted for 9 months and wont go away! I need help please

I doubt if your back pain is a result of growing. If you do a lot of physical activity that will cause muscle pain because of overuse. Cut back on physical activity.

A good qualified massage therapist could help work out the pain and advise you how to prevent further problems. Ask your medical doctor if they know of a good therapist.

A chiropractor can definitely help problems in the back. That’s their specialty. I’ve enclosed a link where you can find a qualified chiropractor in your area.
